Outpatient Treatment Services

TrueCore Behavioral Solutions provides Outpatient Juvenile Sexual Offense-Specific Treatment Services that are designed to meet the special needs of the youth and emphasize the importance of healthy family participation and reunification. Within TrueCore Outpatient Juvenile Sexual Offense-Specific Treatment program design, family therapy is strongly promoted to assist parents/guardians in understanding the youth’s sexual offense behavior problem, improving coping skills, lowering defenses to better communicate through difficulties, providing increased supervision, and developing the youth’s relapse prevention plan to manage sexual deviancy that may be present, prevent reoccurrence of the sexual offense behaviors, and to promote safety in the home and community.

Services Include the Provision Of:

  • Psychosexual Evaluations and Reports
  • Juvenile Sexual Offense-Specific Group Therapy
  • Individual Therapy and/or Family Therapy
  • (in relation to the juvenile’s sexual offending behavior)
  • Juvenile Sexual Offense Risk Assessment, i.e. – ERASOR
  • Safety Planning
  • Individualized Treatment Planning
  • Relapse Prevention Plans
  • Monthly Treatment Reviews
  • Monthly JPO Progress Reports
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

We Provide Services to Youth Who Are Being Supervised Through:

  • A Diversion Program
  • Juvenile Probation
  • Conditional Release
  • Post Commitment Probation

In order to strengthen the family system, we believe it is our responsibility to deliver the strongest and most effective services to our youth. To do so, we utilize evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Treatment to prevent or reduce criminal or antisocial behavior; teach accountability for one’s decisions and actions; help youth develop the competency to become stronger in character and empathy; learn how to lead, make good choices, and understand the effects of behavior; teach appropriate conflict resolution; develop cognitive reasoning; empower youth to live responsibly in society; reduce ambivalence that will allow youth to address their problems through motivational interviewing and effective communication.
