TrueCore first partnered with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice in 1997. Today, through these trusted partnerships, we operate nine residential and outpatient programs in Florida. We also operate outpatient services for youth with sexual offenses that include diversion, probation supervision, and post-residential aftercare youth programs. Our programs serve more than 600 young men and women each day and employ more than 900 staff.

Our success stems from holistically embracing each youth. Our evidence-based treatment programs utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) techniques to provide a strengths-based approach to treatment. We value and implement communication processes that build on the strengths of the youth and families we serve. We work together to accomplish mutual goals. We support systems that foster collaboration, trust, transparency, and hope.
